Children and Families
Book
Voyagers programs are thematic discussions
of age-appropriate stories, books and poems led by
professional storytellers. The program features
two formats: the adult/child format encourages families
to read and discuss books together. The child-only
format encourages children to think critically about
the larger themes in literature and to discuss ideas
and opinions in a group environment. Book Voyagers
programs are offered by application only. The CHC covers the
majority of costs and provides books, marketing
materials and the services of a discussion leader.
